l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n<p>Id\u00e9alement \u00e0 chaque changement de saison pour \u00e9quilibrer l\u2019\u00e9nergie du corps et favoriser l\u2019immunit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>La pratique du shiatsu\u00a0 apporte du confort et stimule l&rsquo;organisme dans de nombreuses situations :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>douleurs de dos ou du squelette comme les sciatiques, les douleurs cervicales<\/li>\n<li>tensions musculaires, crampes, contractures\u2026<\/li>\n\n<li>raideurs articulaires, tendinite<\/li>\n<li>troubles hormonaux\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e8gles ou chaleurs douloureuses<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la reproduction<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage apr\u00e8s un accouchement, poulinage, une mise bas<\/li>\n<li>stress, changement de lieu de vie, pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 une \u00e9preuve sportive ou r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>troubles respiratoires, rhume, sinusite, toux<\/li>\n<li>troubles de la digestion<\/li>\n<li>migraines et maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n<li>probl\u00e8me de peau: dermite estivale, ecz\u00e9ma, sarco\u00efde&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>arthrose<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration suite \u00e0 un AVC (active la circulation sanguine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<p>Ces bienfaits physiques ont des r\u00e9percussions sur le mental, l\u2019\u00e9tat de bien-\u00eatre, de calme int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le shiatsu ne remplace pas une consultation m\u00e9dicale, v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, ost\u00e9opathique, dentiste&#8230; selon le besoin. Il est compl\u00e9mentaire et intervient toujours \u00e0 distance d\u2019une consultation ou d\u2019un traitement antibiotique.
